By using motormaniac.co or creating an account in the Motor Maniac app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. User-generated content
You are responsible for the reels, comments, product listings and other content you post. You must have the rights to everything you upload.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content, and for abusive behaviour toward other users. Violations result in content removal and may result in account termination.
3. Reporting and blocking
Every reel and comment can be reported, and any user can be blocked, from within the app. We review reports, remove violating content, and may remove or ban accounts. We act on reports within 24 hours.
4. Our rights
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
5. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and content.
6. Purchases
Orders placed on motormaniac.co or in the app are subject to the prices and sale terms shown at checkout, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
